On-site L&G dock providing a wide array of traditional and specialized equipment that’s capable of servicing any feature film, television show or commercial with a focus on prompt service.

Full, on-site inventory (walkies, golf carts, director chairs, first aid kits, folding tables and chairs, etc.).

The Lot can provide commercial-grade bandwidth of 1 Gbps or higher, with redundant dedicated fiber circuits to the internet. Our network is symmetric, non-oversubscribed, and backed by the best SLA’s available. We provide rapid installation and service as well as proactive technical support. Our network complies with all current MPAA security requirements.

Full-Service Restaurant
The Lot is home to Global Cuisine by Gary Arabia. It offers a high-end, traditional, sit down restaurant experience along with patio dining and take-out service.
